Sponsorship Request Process

Thank you in advance for supporting the McKinney FFA Supports Club with our 2025-2026 Sponsorships.

To ensure that sponsorships are gathered properly and that we do not overwhelm a company with multiple touches by different contacts, we have developed the following procedure. No one may contact a company/individual for Sponsorship or otherwise on behalf of McKinney FFA Supporters Club outside of these guidelines.

2025-2026 Sponsorship Procedure:

• Email your request to obtain a sponsorship to ffamckinney@gmail.com with the company or companies you are requesting
• An email will be sent to you with an APRROVAL or DENIAL (with reason); do not contact the company until you receive the email
• If the request is approved, you will receive the Sponsorship Packet in that email, If the request is denied, you will receive an explanation
• Report any activity back to the Supporters Club using the email above, including completed paperwork.

Please note that approved requests will contain an expiration date so that another parent may have the opportunity to reach out to a sponsor if you were unsuccessful or didn’t have the time to reach out.
